Beltrami Workforce Impact is a division of Health and Human Services Department and a Bemidji/Beltrami County CareerForce partner. We help residents obtain employment and pursue career goals.

Eligibility
Everyone is welcome at Workforce Impact. Our Career Lab offers drop-in assistance with resumes and job search, as well as free job search workshops, computer classes, and on-site hiring events. The Career Lab is open Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm. The Career Lab is available to help residents access technology and resources to apply for employment positions. No appointments are necessary to use the Career Lab. If you want more individualized help, please schedule an appointment with our highly trained staff.
Current or former military members, no matter the era of service, receive priority services in all CareerForce locations across the state. These services are provided by specially trained veteran’s employment representatives.
Individuals with disabilities may be eligible for assistance through Vocational Rehabilitation Services (VRS) or State Services for the Blind (SSB), located at Workforce Impact.
