  • Contact your local County Veteran Service Officer for assistance
  • Work with jail programmers or prison caseworker to apply at MNTC.
  • Telehealth Outpatient Services
  • DBT / EMDR programing available
  • Licensed Mental Health counseling
  • Programs designed specifically for veterans
  • Mental Health Support Groups available
  • Work with veterans to create a long-term plan that includes housing, work, and/or school
  • Utilization of our employment and housing assistance program as needed.
  • Alumni Services support.

Admissions

Step 1:

Schedule an Assessment-If you or someone you know needs treatment, call 612.373.3366. Walk-In Assessments available.

Step 2:

Complete an Assessment in-person atone of our centers statewide.

Step 3:

To determine program eligibility, the following information may be needed:

  • Records for mental health, medical concerns, diagnoses, and medications
  • Disclosure of income, assets, and/or insurance.
  • Once the treatment recommendation is made, it's up to the individual to agree to it
