Our partnership with Delmarva Power gives students an opportunity to gain knowledge and skills for a career in the construction industry, utility industry, or related skilled trades. We provide a training course which culminates in the CAST (Construction and Skilled Trades) test and qualifies them for a career path with Delmarva Power. |
