·         Assisted Transportation volunteer drivers provide transportation to/from medical appointments anywhere in Minnesota for individuals 60+. Transportation is crucial to ensure access to essential services such as medical care. The availability of transportation options greatly affects quality of life, including the ability to remain in one’s home and stay connected to the community.

·         Grocery Shopping & Delivery is a weekly service that offers grocery shopping and delivery for anyone (no age or income guidelines) long-term or for short-term recovery so adults can remain living independently in their homes. Offered in Bigfork, Grand Rapids, Deer River and Nashwauk areas.

·         Caregiver Consulting provides family caregivers with personalized service to equip them with knowledge, skills, and tools to achieve a balanced lifestyle while caring for a loved one. As consultants assist caregivers in identifying needs and values, facilitate goal-setting, develop personalized strategies, and provide ongoing guidance and support, caregivers are empowered to maintain balance in their own life while caring for their loved ones.

·         Lawn & Snow Removal provides assistance for lawn mowing and snow removal for persons 60+ who qualify within income guidelines.

·          Home Visitor Program is a service that allows a trained Home Visitor to meet older adults 60+ in their homes, assess overall well-being, risk factors and safety concerns. The Home Visitor will educate older adults on resources, identify support networks and assist with paperwork.
