Are you a caregiver? A healthcare worker? Or supporting a loved one recently diagnosed with dementia?
We invite you to participate in our FREE Virtual Dementia Tour on Monday, March 9th, with time slots available from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
This powerful, interactive experience takes approximately 30–40 minutes and provides valuable insight into what it may feel like to live with dementia.

Living Well with Diabetes
Tuesdays: February 10, 17, 24, March 10 & 17
10:00am - 12:30pm
Prediabetes and diabetes can be managed with simple, proven lifestyle changes. Join us learn how.
If you live with diabetes, and would like to improve your health & sense of well-being, this class is for you.
Participants make weekly action plans and share experiences with each other and help solve problems as they carry out their self management program.

ElderCircle SAIL Schedule
Groups meet twice a week for 90-minute sessions, and new participants are welcome to join at any time. Weights are provided, and iPads are available for checkout. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before the start time and bring your own drinking water. Register today by calling elder circle!
