We focus on overcoming isolation and barriers to care for marginalized populations facing mental health, substance use, and homelessness challenges.

Our holistic approach considers historical trauma and current oppressions, aiming to reduce disparities by offering in-home, community-based, and outpatient services that accommodate various limitations, ensuring equitable access to care and promoting family unity.

Addiction Treatment

Our RWC Outpatient Treatment program approaches substance use and mental health with a social justice focus, recognizing the role of social injustices in addiction cycles.

Our purpose-built program offers a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, community-based environment for behavioral health services, providing comprehensive care including outpatient counseling, wellness services, assessments, and recovery management to support lifelong recovery for adults facing substance use and mental health challenges.

Virtual IOP Track

Our Virtual IOP Program brings healing home — combining flexibility with deep, culturally-rooted care.

Grounded in social justice, our virtual Intensive Outpatient Program addresses substance use and mental health with a holistic, somatic approach.

From the comfort of home, clients engage in trauma-informed services that honor cultural traditions and healing practices, including drumming, yoga, reiki, sound healing, sage smudging (by Native staff), aromatherapy, and more.

We center the whole person—body, mind, and spirit—while making care accessible, de-westernized, and deeply restorative.

Be@School

Societal and systemic barriers can get in the way of families’ efforts to ensure their children can receive quality education. Even though families are doing their best, and all caregivers want their children to get an education, life situations, and systems can interfere.

We provide voluntary, culturally responsive short-term case management support by empathic people who live in the community. We can assist with getting families connected to community resources, advocate with the school, and help navigate complicated systems.

In-Home Recovery Pilot

We advocate for family and cultural preservation by implementing a new in-home treatment pilot that aims to keep infants and children at home while parents engage in trauma and attachment focused programming.

Families Forward

Parenting is HARD, and sometimes we could use support to engage in decolonized and healing parenting practices.

Adult Targeted CASE Management

Trying to coordinate services can be tricky and hard. RWC’s Ramsey Adult Mental Health Case Managers can help by providing  culturally responsive, targeted case management for qualifying adults in Ramsey County. We provide culturally responsive, wraparound resource connection and navigation, ensuring folx have comprehensive supports tailored to their needs.
