Wellness in the Woods offers free peer support services designed to help you feel heard, supported, and connected - no matter where you are on your journey. Our team of peers has lived experiences with mental health and recovery, and we're here to listen, walk alongside you, and help you find what you need.

Peer Support Connection Warmline Talk with a trained peer when you feel down, overwhelmed, or just need someone who understands. The Warmline offers confidential, one-on one peer support by phone or text--a supportive connection to help you feel less alone. |
Recovery in the Woods Recovery happens in community. Join our peer-led support groups on Zoom for Recovery in the Woods, where you can share experiences, build connection, and explore wellness alongside others. |

WRAP®?
Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP®) is a prevention and wellness process that anyone can use to get well, stay well and make their life more the way they want it through a a series of tools and action plans called a WRAP®. This is a process for anyone who wants to make positive changes in the way they feel and the way they react to life. WRAP® workshops are adaptable and can be modified to use with teams, and different types of community groups.

Hope on Purpose Hope and Purpose is a service of Wellness in the Woods that provides WRAP® workshops to those who have experience in the Department of Corrections and County Jails across the state of Minnesota |
Mental Health First Aid Increasing understanding while decreasing stigma, Wellness in the Woods certified trainers offer an 8 hour class on Mental Health First Aid that identifies common mental health and substance use recovery struggles and an action plan to assist others in crisis. |
Question, Persuade, Refer QPR is a 1.5 hour training for any community member to learn basic skills to assist someone at risk of suicide. By asking a simple question, you can save a life. |

Adverse Childhood Experiences Adverse childhood experiences, or ACEs, are potentially traumatic events that occur in childhood (0-17 years). Also included are aspects of the child's environment that can undermine their sense of safety, stability, and bonding. |
Harm Reduction Training Enrichment Training for Recovery Coaches & Peer Recovery Support Specialists. (1-day class / earn 8 CEU credits) |
Naloxone Training A full training runs approximately 60 minutes and can provide in person or remotely as a Zoom webinar. All attendees can receive their own IM naloxone kit and certification of completion. |
