Program Description
Must be a member of the Fond du Lac Tribe to access most services. Provides medical and dental care, mental health services, optometry, on site pharmacy, and prevention/intervention.
Services provided by an American Indian tribal government that include traditional Health and Human Services, including: Public Health, Family Planning, and Social Services.
