We offer mental health and substance use treatment for all ages, including:

• Inpatient Hospitalization
• Day Treatment Programs
• Intensive Outpatient Program
• Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)

Inpatient Programs

Inpatient Treatment for Adults
We provide acute stabilization for mental health and substance use issues. Our services address depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. For those in need of substance use treatment, our inpatient level of care provides individuals with the necessary medication and medical supervision. Groups provide patients with an introduction to recovery and the opportunity to understand the challenges of sustaining a healthy life.

Inpatient Treatment for Children and Adolescents
A highly supervised and structured environment can help stabilize children and adolescents struggling with mental health and substance use issues. The program involves group, family and activity therapies. A school component is also available.

Day Treatment Programs

Partial Hospitalization for Adults
This program provides a full day of therapeutic activities. Groups are designed to help patients identify and clarify problems as well as gain confidence when facing substance use or mental health issues.

Partial Hospitalization for Children and Adolescents 
The child/adolescent program focuses on practical solutions for problems related to family, school and peers. Participants learn skills to help manage symptoms. This program runs for two to four weeks, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 3 pm. The program ends at 1 pm when school is not in session and is not offered on holidays.

Intensive Outpatient Program

This program provides the opportunity for individuals to focus on treating their substance use issues as they return to the routine of daily life. It takes place three days per week.

• Activity therapy

• Discharge planning
• Medication management 

Evidence-based treatment and intervention for issues such as:

• Trauma 
• Depression and anxiety
• Substance use 
• Behavior challenges
• Transition issues
• Relationship concerns

**If distance from Fargo is a barrier, ask about utilizing the Ronald McDonald House and/or accessing our Supportive Housing option for Adult Day Treatment.
