Child Care while you WorkoutWork out

The YMCA is proud to offer outstanding drop-in childcare to all of its members. Kid Zone is a supervised play area for young children whose parents or caregivers are utilizing the Y.

Although it is not a licensed facility and does not have a maximum enrollment, we strive to maintain a reasonable child to child-to-caregiver ratio.

Specific instructions or information regarding how they can best care for your child is important. Please let them know if there is anything they need to know about your child to help them create a safe,safe and enjoyable environment.

Due to the ever ever-changing number of children in care and the widebroad age range they represent, the Kid Zone environment is primarily one of free play. Children are separated in the Kid Zone room by age, asallowing this allows childrenthem to choose from age-appropriate and safe toys and activities.

Parents are responsible for bringing their children to any other classes within the Y.

The Kid Zone is available to all Y members, as long asprovided parents or caregivers are present in the building or on the YMCA grounds. Parents or caregivers are required to letinform Kid Zone staff knowof wheretheir they will bewhereabouts during the time their children are in Kid Zone.

Visits to Kid Zone are not to exceed 2 hours.

Kid Zone Hours:
Monday-Friday: 7:45am-45 am-1:00pm00 pm (Staff will leave at 12:30 if there are no children)
Saturday: 7:45am45 am - 11:30am30 am (Staff will leave at 11:00am00 am if there are no children)
Monday-Thursday: 4:15pm-15 pm-7:00pm00 pm (No Friday afternoons; staff will leave at 6:30pm30 pm if there are no children)
