Compass North

 Compass North is a licensed outpatient behavioral health and substance use disorder clinic serving adults and adolescents in Itasca County. The program provides comprehensive chemical dependency services including individualized assessments, ongoing substance use counseling, case management, relapse prevention planning, and integrated mental health support.
