Compass North is a licensed outpatient behavioral health and substance use disorder clinic serving adults and adolescents in Itasca County. The program provides comprehensive chemical dependency services including individualized assessments, ongoing substance use counseling, case management, relapse prevention planning, and integrated mental health support. Compass North also offers psychotherapy, targeted case management, and Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS) to help clients build coping skills, improve functional abilities, and stabilize recovery efforts.
