Infant & Early Childhood Services
LSS staff throughout the state are specifically trained to provide the following infant and early childhood mental health services:
- Diagnostic assessments
- Child-specific and age-appropriate therapies
- Early intervention consultations
- Family therapy
- Parent-child therapy
- Psychological testing
In addition to working with your child, our team is also here to support you. From education and training opportunities to parent/child treatments, we are here to give you the support you need and answer the questions you have about your child's development and behavior.
When to Seek Assistance
At a young age, it is completely normal for your child to be active, fussy or throw a few tantrums. However, if your child's challenging behavior seems excessive or there are concerns about possible delays in your child's development, an assessment can offer peace of mind. If treatment is recommended, our staff will work with you to create an individualized treatment plan to support your child's development needs.
