Canvas Health serves clients with most types of health plan coverage including Medicaid, Medical Assistance (MA), Medicare, MinnesotaCare, and Tricare. Blue Plus PMAP, HealthPartners Care PMAP, Hennepin Health, Optum-PMAP, South Country Health Alliance, U Care PMAP, United Health Care, Prime West, as well as most private insurance are accepted. A Sliding Fee Scale is available for those who qualify. Flexible payment plans are offered for all clients.
