Stay Plan

First things first: Contact the agencies that provide you services, such as direction support, professional, skilled nurses, medical supplies, oxygen or food delivery service and make sure they have a plan for continuation of services during a pandemic. Work with agencies ahead of time to address your needs. If you think you would be unable to manage a Stay Plan successfully, contact your local public health department, common entry  point at the county, center for independent living or MSCOD for information and assistance.

Find a space in your home to store your EMERGENCY SUPPLIES following the checklist on the next page. This is so that you have everything you'll need to get by if you need to remain at home for a period of time - up to two weeks, if possible.
