Minnesota Senior Care Plus
MSC+ is a health care program that pays for medical services for low-income people in Minnesota who are age 65 or older. MSC+ helps people get the care they need to be healthy. This includes coverage for physician services hospital stays, rehabilitation services, preventive care, and prescription drugs*.
- Members who have Medicare must enroll in a Medicare Prescription Drug (Part D) Plan to get most of their prescription drug services.
