Outpatient Services

Mental Health Services
Provides initial and comprehensive evaluations to understand client needs, along with individual and family therapy, and medication management services.

Substance Use Disorder Services
Provides comprehensive assessments and treatment services, including individual and group counseling, services to address co-occurring disorders, treatment coordination, and peer recovery support.

 Mental Health Targeted Case Management (MH-TCM)
Available for children and adults in Itasca County.

Residential Programs

Located in Grand Rapids
Itaskin Treatment Center & Cottage
Provides comprehensive mental health treatment programs for youth aged 10 - 21 years old within a therapeutic living environment.

Teen In Transition (TNT)
A therapeutic transitional living and independent skills programs for adolescent boys 16-20 years old. There are also supports and programming for youth who have been or are at high risk of being sexually exploited and/or trafficked.

School-Based Services

Children's Therapeutic Services & Supports (CTSS) provides both mental health therapy and skills services in Grand Rapids, Deer River, Nashwauk/Keewatin, Remer, and Hill City school districts.

Adult Services

Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS)
Helps adult clients develop and enhance psychiatric stability, social competencies, personal and emotional adjustment, and independent living and community skills when these abilities are impaired by the symptoms of mental illness.

Housing Support
Helps adults with disabilities and/or seniors find and maintain housing.

Peer Support
Connects clients with someone with the lived experience of recovery from a mental health condition substance use disorder, or both to provide support to others experiencing similar challenges.

Foster Care & Adoption

Case management and licensing for foster care and adoptive homes, including kinship and relative care and adoptive homes, including kinship and relative care. Child-Specific Recruitment (CSR) services also available.

Additional Programs

Safe Harbor
Resources and services for youth who have been sexually exploited and/or trafficked, including navigations, housing and shelter, and other comprehensive services. Available to individuals 24 years of age and younger.

Camp North Homes
Camp North Homes is primarily and extension of existing programs within the North Homes continuum of care - including opportunities for youth involved in residential programs, foster care and adoptive families, youth in school-based Children's Therapeutic Services and Supports (CTSS) and other clients. Camp operates year-round, offering a never-ending seasonal rotation of outdoor experiences.
