Summary: The Teenage Parent Program (TAPP) is a KOOTASCA program focused on providing resources and help to teen parents. To be eligible, one must be pregnant or currently parenting, have NOT yet graduated High School or received a GED and live in or attend school in either Itasca or Koochiching Counties. The program will be expanded in the future to accommodate more young parents who don't currently meet the requirements.
