Winnie Sisu & Hawkins Home - Located in Bemidji, MN

• Adolescent girls aged 16-20 years old
• Therapeutic transitional living & independent living skills
• Provides support to those who have been or are at high risk of being sexually exploited and/or trafficked (part of Safe Harbor programming)

Teens in Transition (TNT) - Located in Grand Rapids, MN

• Adolescent boys aged 16-20 years old
• Therapeutic transitional living & independent living skills
